Simplicity. Is. Beautiful.

let me see you bounce....
HAPPY 20TH BIRTHDAY TO MY BRO! But no matter how old you are you'll always be my little wee boy and I'll continue to kick your butt. Entah kapan ya dek, kita bisa ngumpul sekeluarga lagi. Kalo ada yang ultah kita makan2...Jepang sama NZ liburannya nggak kompak gini sih. Rese.
I hope my grandparents won't trail after my mum when she comes to Auckland to help me move in June (they plan to). Like two sides of a coin, I love them but I also hate them. It seems to me that the older I get, the more they're trying to get a grip of my life. Why can't they trust me? My singledom is evidence that I'm selective about my partners. My good GPA from The UI is evidence that I take my studies seriously. My clothes show that I have self-respect. They had my mother and her two siblings under their full control (come to think of it I've started to suspect my mum married my dad at the tender age of 19 to buy her freedom) and now they have my 15-year-old cousin Marsha who actually opted to stay with them rather than with her mum and her new husband. They nonetheless can never have me. I wouldn't mind having a messy brawl with them if they do come to Auckland and force me to live like 1940s Indo post-war teens. Yes I'd love them to come to Auckland...only after I'm done with uni. I still feel sorry that they couldn't attend my UI graduation back in February.
YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY! Tarkan's finally released an English album! I hope it's available in Auckland...

I could've been in for danger when two Indo guys who I met at the Auckland airport asked me to join one of their suitcases with mine in the baggage because their suitcases altogether were overweight. However, at the check in counter I felt the urge to be honest and told the check in lady the other suitcase wasn't mine. It belonged to the two guys in the next counter. Then she told them to take back the suitcase but since they didn't want to pay for the excess baggage they sent the suitcase to the fragile baggage. The next day at home, I realized that the suitcase could've contained drugs and the two guys could've planned to frame me for smuggling them. I still thank God for keeping me safe.
I might have to move to St. Lukes in June because my uncle's told my mum that he planned on getting a smaller house after he files for divorce. In St. Lukes I'll live with The Napiantos, and so my mum will fly to Auckland in June to help me move there. Oh well. That means there will be no more Johnny...
Happy belated 21st birthday to Aiko! Can't wait to meet ya on Saturday!

udah nyampe indo beh
Hey everyone! I'm online on my sucky, sucky, sucky PC at my Indo home. Yes, sorry to disappoint you haters, but I've arrived safe and sound in Indonesia terrorism traffic jams Muslim fundamentalists at approximately 10 PM local time.
Oh, and speaking of terrorism, my dad's just told me that Dr. Azahari has passed away. Hooray!
But there's a dilemma. I've only been back a few hours but I already miss Auckland and my Auckers like mad. It's been only four months since I left Jakarta and although it hasn't changed a lot now that I'm back to spend the holidays, this city feels so foreign to me...and it's rather terrifying. Moreover, even my family is strange in the ways only I can explain. Maybe I'll go back to Auckland sooner than planned.

done packing...sort of
Jean, see...we really were sisters (or perhaps even twins) in the past life. No we are packing at the same time! My flight is today at 02:35 PM local time today. What about yours? Oh and about people trying to rescue you (refrence: your LJ), I'm experiencing the same thing nowadays...sort of.
You know...the 2005 Miss Indonesia Nadine Chandrawinata is a mate of two mates of mine. LOL. She went to the same school, Tirta Marta, as two of my mates Marcel and Aiko. All three of them are half German and once belonged to the same class!
Anyway, I won't be online until tomorrow night after I arrive in Indo. So later guys!

Oh how I loathe packing and finishing my laundry! Talk about the downside of travelling...I can't wait to hang out with my homebuddies! And the only one I informed about my home-coming is Orchid. I want to surprise the rest!
