the week recapsListening to: nothing
Not much has happened in the world of Isyana Adriani Arslan (soon to be ******* - hahaha I wish!)
Where do I begin...
I'll be extremely busy next week as O-week begins. I have Ispace, then work as a Student Ambassador on Wednesday. I was supposed to be a Uniguide on that Wednesday, but last Monday as I was working at Incredible Science I got a phonecall from Lilian Su'a of Student Support at uni telling me I'd been recruited to work for the day. Yipeeeeee! I didn't even know they were recruiting! But yea being an Ambassador means I should give up Uniguides. No worries. Oh and I'll be working again with Student Support for Courses and Careers Day on August 25th. I worked with them once before, on last year's Courses and Careers Day.
On Friday some cute stranger hit on me at Starbucks. Hahaha. He's cute, half Japanese and half American (French (?)/Cherokee) and...he wanted a lay. But no fear that thing between my thighs is still in good condition. You know me. I agreed to keeping in touch though, and he can continue dreaming of me ever spreading my legs for him...

random random blah blahOn the morning of July 5 2007, Viv and I had a toast to my second anniversary in New Zealand, the foreign land. We were having breakfast at the Malaysian restaurant next door and it was minutes away before we had to go to the Uniguides/Student Ambassadors training. Viv is only one of the many dear friends I gathered in the past two years, one of the many amazing things that have happened to me during the period. I can't believe it's been two years since I arrived, wide-eyed and eager to explore, in New Zealand - the country I sometimes forgot even existed. Two years and once, halfway through my first semester at uni, I wanted to go home for good because I couldn't stand the loneliness. Two years and more loneliness...plus buckets of tears on the bus. Two years and I thought I would be forever prey to the aliens that were, well, Kiwis. Two years and for the first time in my life I thanked God for my friends. Two years and the world saw a whole new me emerge. Two years and this beautiful-beyond-belief country, once foreign and frightening, has become one of the greatest loves of my life.
Two years ago, today
I kissed you goodbye, my home
I thanked you for my twenty-two years
I have no idea where I'll be in the next two years, but for the time being I hope two years won't go in a blink of an eye.
Off topic, I'm sooo loving Keavy and Edele's single Diet Coke. If you grew up in the late '90s you sure remember these twin Irish lasses as half of the girlband B*Witched. It's such a great song to
strip dance to and basically I like pop songs with witty lyrics...
If you wanna be silly, then let it go
If you wanna feel pretty, stand on your toes
If you wanna be cool, go back to school
If you wanna be sexy, then be sexy...Listening to: Keavy and Adele - Diet Coke

sisters are doing it for themselves...Listening to: nothing
I didn't know I gained yet one more niece! Hahaha. My second cuz-in-law gave birth to a little girl she and her hubby, my second cuz Nanda, named Amira. The baby girl is the latest addition to their breed of girls that include five-year-old Annisa and two-year-old Allysa.
I've always envied sisters. They swap clothes, shoes, and bags, party together, gossip together, handle guys together...Yea there's the horror of going after the same guy to consider but after all I guess sisters understand what mothers don't because they're in it together at the same time.

saaaaaadddListening to: Hanson - MmmmBop
Just because I consider NZ home doesn't mean I'm a sheep shagger ya know.
Anyway I'm sad. +64210743201. Cheer me up and I'll let you get under my pants. Please.
I don't like the word 'propose'. In fact I loathe it with a passion. If you propose you go all the way, out of your way, only to be turned down.

As usual, the layout was coded by me and other images except the ones for fanlistings, cliques, and quizzes were created by me as well using Adobe Photoshop 7.0. Don't steal.
