Ok...here goes another photolog!
The chocolate cake that my dad's ex secretary's wife baked me yesterday for registering her as my downline at Oriflame. How nice! I loved it when the smell of the fresh-off-the-oven cake blended with the sweetness of her parfume.
Had family dinner at Ulam Bali, Kemang, last night and I had this for dessert. I took this pic to gag ya Dowh! It didn't taste so good at first, just the coconut and two scoops of strawberry ice cream, so I put in what the Ulam Bali people call Balinese Pancake, which is really nothing more than a slightly burnt crepe filled with fried coconut. Tasted better that way.
Main course for today's lunch. Jeff made me take this pic coz he'd never seen chicken satays before. BTW, they're home-made chicken satays, which taste better than the resto ones.
Taken by my bro just approximately an hour ago. He always tries to take candid pictures of me but this is the first time that I actually like his work to the point of posting it on my blog! My mum and bro are very mean about this pic. Mum says I look like a momkey there (damn ya mum), while my bro says I remind him of Sadako.

auld lang syne
Glükliches neues jahr, alles! How was your NYE party? It turned out that fireworks weren't called off in Jakarta, and some parties went on despite the disasters, with of course added charitable parts. I don't have any new year's resolutions as I hardly ever stuck to them in the past years, but I do hope there will be NO more heartbreaks in 2005. I've had more than enough heartbreaks to cope with last year.
Looks like in America, the popular first name for girls is Ashley (in a variety of spellings. Jessica comes second I guess), and the popular middle name is Marie. Christina Marie Aguilera, Kaitlyn Marie, Kayla Marie Whaley, Holly Marie Combs...
I'm tired and sleepy. This is most probably the effect of my prescribed cold medicine. I'm happy coz I guess sleepiness is a sign that medicine's working well and I'm gonna get well soon. Am hitting the sack for a nap!

I don't give a damn...I know who I am...
Oh wow. God sure knew how to make this year's end special. And It also knew how to protect Its house. Yes folks, I'm talking about The Baiturrahman. If you are by now familiar with the pictures of places affected by the tsunami and eartquake, it's the abundant mosque standing amidst the ruins caused by the disasters that hit Aceh. That mosque is older than hell...Probably has been there even before the Dutch set foot on Indoland. Before they thought of stealing our spices first, and then colonizing...
Ah damn the Dutch. Times like these, I regret having even a trickle of darah kumpeni in me.
I'm tired of all these talks about the disasters. I'm tired of Jakarta (ok, so maybe you're tired of me saying that, but I don't give a damn) and everything going on in it. Shit like you have to be familiar with the hang-outs in the south to be considered cool. Maybe I hate people. Darling, do we have one more thing in common!
This is definitely the last entry in two-oh-oh-four. May 2005 bring whatever it is that you're looking for (I really can't say a better year because aren't years always the same, in more ways than one?). Happy new year!

Hey hey hey...this entry's gonna contain mainly photos. But that's what everybody likes better, right?
Fen and I are actually long time pals...Back in our kiddie days, we and her sister Frea were piano students at YPM, but we weren't close back then, until Friendster reunited us! LOL.
That's me in my old glasses, taken in the wee hours of December 29.
And me in my brand spanking new Anna Sui specs! LOL. I know...I know...you're gonna wonder what I was thinking while choosing that huge transparent eyewear, but you have no idea how I was itching to have a NEW pair of DESIGNER specs after 4+ years of my square old ones, and how I tired I was of conventional designs...

believe me adia, we are still innocent
Uhm...ok. Testing new layout. Ya like? LOL.
Aiko, he was online the other day and he greeted me...basically just to wish me a Merry Xmas (although he knows I don't celebrate it). But just seeing his window blink made me a bit paranoid...What if he ACTUALLY read my blog? And was he confronting me? But no. LOL.
Wonder why I'm hungry this morning. I ate a full breakfast of rice with other traditional Indo dishes! And it was barely a couple hours ago!
Readers, if ya see only one entry on my blog, it ain't no error...Just the first entry of a new page.
